Sabor de Venezuela

THIS show, called Sabor de Venezuela, is an extravaganza of things Venezuelan, the likes of which never seen before. Why come? You WILL be changed if you mosey on down. Right now, working on a date, a venue and, oh, yes, the most important: getting underwriters or sponsors. Have to also get the goods--the art, which will be sold at silent auction. There will be plenty of music, dancing and merrymaking, and a chance to view some of the most wonderful of all wonders you set eyes on. No, it's NOT Venezuelan gals (We all know about them, right?). This is . . . well, I'll let you know when the date is and where it will be. Somewhere in Los Angeles. You'll be glad you came. MY promise to you. Besides, it's all to raise awareness and possibly more than a few buck for YOLA, a music education program in LA that helps young people in hard-pressed neighborhoods to help themselves.

  1. My professor in Events Design and Management at Loyola Marymount University says that eh can see three events in just this one.

  2. I need to find a venue and all but most imporatntly this event, which will benefit YOLA--Youth Orchestra of LA and KUSC, my fav radio station--needs to get funded. I need to get underwriters to "buy in." An exciting event to see and hear all the pulsating contributions to the arts all under one roof. And to get samples of food and to know that whatever one spends, part of it will support the worthy causes. A lot of work to do. Who will join me?
